What You Bring

* Active Journeyman or Master Plumber license (required).

* Proven field experience with residential and/or commercial plumbing.

The Role

As a Plumbing Installer & Excavation Technician at Aim Plumbing, you will be out in the field doing real, meaningful work — and doing it at a high standard. Your day-to-day will include:

* Plumbing installations at varying levels of complexity — from fixtures and water heaters to full system installs.

* Excavation work to support underground plumbing lines and infrastructure.

* Working alongside experienced tradespeople and growing your skills on every job.

* Representing Aim Plumbing with professionalism on every site, every day.

Who You Are

* At least 2 years of apprentice-level plumbing experience, up to Master Plumber licensure — all levels considered.

* Comfort with field and excavation work (training provided for the right candidate).

* A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

* Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
